If someone is too busy to be a member of groups, lists, etc then they are too busy to</div><div>seek out help when they need it. Too busy to provide help when others need it. Could be an admin problem that requires programming in Perl, Python, etc? Or could be </div><div>a plumbing issue. Someone interested in solving the problems of others.
