looking at my installed packages, it looks like VIM 7.4 ( per the
HELP)..<br>

weird, typing:<br>
vim fred- :help shows for Vim version 7.4<br>
vi fred- :help shows Vim version 7.1 <br>
<br>
I don't show a "vi" package..<br>
