<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small">1) a WIn7 laptop cannot connect, while a WIn8 one can<br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small">
2) a Samsung Galaxy S4 can connect but my el-cheapo Azpen tablet cannot<br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small">Neither of the fialure cases seem to log anything, so I"m somewhat stumped<br>
