</div>My experience is similar to this. I personally believe there's a *huge*<br>
quality difference between Dell's home line and Dell's business line. The<br>
only issue I've had with my latitude is one small crack in the case right<br>
above the ExpressCard slot, and even that's probably due to the way I<br>
handle it.<br>
