<div dir="ltr">Does the address you are coming from have an MX record associated with the domain you are connecting from? Many sites are now dropping connections that don't match the MX, apparently.</div><div class="gmail_extra">

The email admin might think you are a spammer - could be any number of reasons<br>
for that from any RBL service or just that the forward and reverse DNS lookups<br>
don't match. If your server attempts too many connections too quickly, that can<br>
be deemed anti-social. They can also blacklist any domain or IP if they like.<br>
