<div dir="ltr"><div>The "last mile" providers should not also be backbone providers. Nor should they be stakeholders in content providers.<br><br></div>Along those same lines, content providers should not be in cahoots with backbone, last mile, or other delivery businesses (think Disney and it's own distribution system).<br>
