a lawyer that this IS an illegal practice and get him to start a class action he’d probably kiss you.

then you’d be out that fee and the termination fee. If it were me I’d probably go ahead and terminate and argue with them on the termination based on breach of contract but wouldn’t involve a lawyer. If they didn’t reverse the termination fee inside 90
days I’d likely pay them to keep it off my credit report. Sometimes one spends money for education and I’d chalk this one up to education as to why I shouldn’t use AT&T.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
