<p dir="ltr">As that's for a released rpm version, you can just install the compiled binary rpm.</p>
<p dir="ltr">If you want to build your own, use rpmbuild -ba httpd.spec and it will build apache from the src.rpm you installed. The spec file will tell the patch ordering.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Are you compiling for a non rpm host?</p>
