scattered around 12 viewports (4 wide x 3 high 2d viewport geometry). I
switch viewports depending on what domain and tasking the various
terminal windows are grouped into. It's a workflow management thing.

Same here. I'm using the gnome terminal with many tabs. Every
few days I cycle through them and close the ones just sitting at a
prompt.<br>
<br>
The 2nd desktop is holding VM Player running Windows 2003 for some
stuff I'm working one. Once that is done I'll free it up.<br>
