<p dir="ltr">Don't take no for an answer. They can string that anywhere they have cable internet.</p>

Commercial TV is not allowed at residential addresses, but commercial internet<br>
is. The only reason I would guess it isn't available would be if the building is<br>
an apartment and another line cannot be put in. Even then, I'd call and talk to<br>
a real person.<br>
