Global Menu a lot of things fade into the background. If you open
up "Printers", a window appears showing any connected printers.
Right clicking the printer to get its properties will show that
it's not published. If you Cancel that and move your mouse to the
top of the screen, the Printing menu will appear and Server is a
choice. Clicking "Server" allows you to edit settings that will
Publish your printer. It's a bit frustrating to have to revisit
this, since my printer was "published" just fine for the past
year. Apparently the upgrade from 11.10 to 12.10 "unpublished" it.
