<div dir="ltr">I use <a href="http://keepvid.com">keepvid.com</a> - it shows resolutions and file formats. Sometimes they have avi, but usually mp4 and flv (not recommended). Keepvid works with Vimeo as well. </div><div class="gmail_extra">
