<div dir="ltr"><div>That's not good. Other option is some (many) laptops refuse to work at all once the battery is completely toasted. Check it with a meter. If you see 0V on all combos of terminals, that's the next replacement choice (try power with battery removed first).<br>
<br></div>Unless the cord has been kicked out of the plug, the internal socket is likely not the culprit. The power board is a more likely failure point as it must both provide power to the system and charging circuit. <br>
