<br></div>That would be a dead short rather close. See if the voltage changes with the battery removed.<br><br></div>Can you also check current? I'm interested to see if the no voltage also shows a high current or 0A.<br>

On the jack alone, I get a reading of 19.25.<br>
Once I plug the jack on the MoBo, i cannot get more than .45.<br>
Time to throw the towel and deliver the bad news?<br>
