So, no, private email services are about to disappear, or go ENTIRELY<br>
private, meaning, you have to run it by yourself, for yourself.<br>

The average citizen isn't going to do that.<br>

The not so average citizen who can (and does) will now likely be<br>
subject to additional scrutiny because the average citizen can not and<br>
will not do so. In better words, by doing so, you look suspicious.<br>
