You didn't mention what VM technology you were using, or if you'd picked Xen, KVM, or anything yet. We use XenServer (and are pleased to see it's open-sourced now!) and a colleague has used it successfully before. I have a PC running XP exclusively to run WiRNS, a replacement ReplayTV guide provider. I'd like to switch it over to run as a VM on my Linux box, but I don't have a full XP install disk for it. Is there a way to image the current real install and turn it into an .iso that I can use under a VM?<br>
