REBOL has been touted as a departure from many other languages<br>

is some similarity to Java in the mechanics of implementation, except<br>
that REBOL is TINY, SECURE, EFFICIENT and EASY TO CODE,<br>
with a competent, consistent GUI environment and MEDIA handling<br>
built in.<br>

That Carl has chosen to release REBOL 3.0 as Open Source is<br>
HUGE. Imagine replacing Java on Android with something that<br>
actually works the way Java was supposed to.<br>
