That happened here in GA when they also passed the 3' law (cars must
stay at least 3 feet away from beside a cyclist).<br></div></blockquote><div><br></div>I'm definitely aware of the 3' law that past in Georgia, but are you saying, it's legal to ride on a sidewalk here in Georgia?
