Who is the biased bureaucrat (or process) that placed the challenging Presidential nominee in the first spot on the GA ballot and had the sitting President of the United States of America listed second? Who wrote the descriptions for the ballot measures? Especially the one for the charter schools? I took GREAT offense at how it was written as it (IMHO) think it is completely leading and slanted with bias.<BR>
