<br>check selinux with "getenforce". <br>This sounds like an apache upgrade tossed out a module. Check /var/log/yum for what was upgraded and when. The "include" is a loadable module. What does /var/log/httpd/error* say? You may want to stop apache, write a marker line to error file (echo "oh crap! looking for problems." >> /var/log/httpd/error.log) and then start apache.<br>

I chmod'd stuff and it still gave me the same result. So; I temporarily disabled SELinux. Oddly enough I did run the code SELinux suggested to fix the problem, but that didn't work.</div>

It was only a couple days ago that when I continued to code I then noticed that my SSI's no longer worked. I repeatedly enforce'd and permiss'd SELinux.
