I have not used the laser device mentioned. However, I am typing this message on my 10" Android tablet using the<br>

Kensington KeyFolio Pro 2 Universal Keyboard and case. It combines a case for the tablet, a stand, and a removable BlueTooth keyboard. It has actual physical keys that you can touch type on pretty quickly once you get used to the smaller than normal size. You also get a little bit of tactile feedback but the keys don't press down very much. I find it indispensable for typing anything longer than a couple of sentences. I had no trouble pairing it to the Android tablet, which is an Acer A500. It's now running Ice Cream Sandwich but I think it was running Honeycomb when I got the keyboard. It took me only about 3 days to find out that the touch screen keyboard wouldn't be enough for me. I got this keyboard from Frys in Alpharetta but I don't know if they still stock it. Also, having a protective case for the tablet when I'm not using it is very handy.<br>

No, but every couple of months I go into a Micro Center type or HL computers store to see if any of their bluetooth keyboards will successfully pair with an Android phone. Thus far we've found that keyboards that work with Apple devices fail to pair with Android. Android devices want a password specified, Apple do not, and thus far I've left the store without anything that worked. <BR>

I did just upgrade my HTC Rezound to Ice Cream, I wonder if that has improved. Still, unless the manufacturer has specific instructions for various flavors of Android, I'll expect that it won't work. <BR>

On the other hand, I do have a cheap USB keyboard/stand/portfolio we use with our Viewsonic G-Tab and that has always worked great. But the G-tab has both flavors of USB ports, my phone does not. <BR>
