I've always seen winders storing BIOS time in local time. Drove me nuts. There's a way to flag a Linux system to recognize it's got a local-time bios clock. I didn't know winders had one as well.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

</div></div>I don't know about your specific issue, but I've seen that BIOS clocks store<br>
time either in UTC or local format. Windows supports both and I've discovered<br>
that all the years ago when I was dual booting, when Windows was not set to UTC,<br>
there would be time display issues.<br>
