Form appears to be some sort of mangled PDF. The downloaded file is<br>
labeled a web archive. Trying to print with Safari gets only half the<br>
page. Oops.<br>

Any guesses as to how I can open this file in something either on the Mac<br>
or this Linux box would be greatly appreciated.<br>

Or print-screen the doc and get it as a png file.<br>In fact, if you can see the whole thing on the screen at any time screen-capture it and save the graphic.<br clear="all">
