Taiyo Yuden has long been considered *the* company for producing high quality, slow-to-fade optical media. You may also want to try multicd (<a href="http://danborn.net/multicd/">http://danborn.net/multicd/</a>) I haven't personally used this app, but it seems to offer the features that you requested.<br>
