The timeouts you list look to be typical so changing them is not going to resolve this issue. It looks like the baracuda puked on the relay and returned a very useless dropped connection error.<br><br>I'm assuming this is a consistent error from same user client to same recipient behind baracuda. test send with a different mail client. Send the same PDF file as well as a tiny test text message.<br>

Message in question did have a significant attachment (PDF) but its size<br>
is not known to me.<br>
