If you have/want to use a gui, pgadmin is the best tool to use.</p>
<p>The php tool you tried to use is very incomplete. Webmin has a better postgresql admin (Not DBA skills) than the php stuff.</p>
<p>MySQL also has a gui tool and it is much better than the php stuff.</p>
