somewhere in DeKalb county is a library with a gray brick exterior and the lettering identifying the building and it's address are in metal but the exact same color as the brick behind it. So the only way to see it is to read through a texture change! The building is very nice (almost all of the library buildings in DeKalb county are very architecturally pleasing) but some idiot didn't think a decent contrast change for the signage was worth it. And the tone of gray used for the brick would prohibit any color from being good contrast without neon.<br>
