I'm pretty sure that a panic would not cause telinit to force reload. Did you run upgrades? RHEL 5.2 had this error message:<br>
init version 2.86 reloading Then stopped working (locked up?).<br>
<br>
Google is not helpful, what would cause init to reload? Surly not a panic?<br>
