</div></div>When I was researching this business, it appeared that the basic<br>
solution is to collect and separate and sell the resultant trailerloads<br>
to bigger recyclers. Cheaper to get started, safer (biohazards abound in<br>
electronic equip.), simpler. Just need a warehouse and space to park<br>
some trailers until full.<br>
