In the interest of regaining my basement and my sanity, I am bequeathing a large quantity of geekly items to ALE'rs who show up and haul away this stuff:

desktops
laptops
rackmounts
monitors
cables
phones (a really cool Linux phone!)
scsi gear
connectors
rackmount slides
flotsam and jetsam
assorted parts
motherboards
keyboards
mice
ram
cpu's
add-on cards of various types
hard drives
printers
printer network cards
UPS systems
cases
stuff I don't recall the purpose of

the list goes on and on and on and...

Basically I want to convert my man cave into a pub so the tech has to go.

99% of this stuff will be $0.00

A smattering will be a few $$ (the SAS fan out cables will be $20, a few other items will be $5, some will be $1 as this lot is brand new, unopened stuff).

At last count I had 50+ PC's in my house. This is just nuts!

Most of the systems run fine. Some may be for parts only. As the price is right, have a blast!

I hope to have this extravaganza Saturday June 18 starting after coffee (9ish) until it's gone or I tap my keg and give up.

NOTE: As I'm not sure I've compacted the stuff into a single area yet, I may need to assist is sorting and picking (i.e. I may have some bits in the free pile that I need to hang onto as I just did a huge grab and haul to start the process and was getting kind of sloppy near the end :-) and the area will get crowded soon so I'm going to limit the number of people in the basement at any time to whatever makes sense (so be patient!). I have a handtruck and will have the dogs in their crates so the back gate can be opened.

If someone wants to offer ca$h for the entire pile, I'm listening :-)

--
--
James P. Kinney III

As long as the general population is passive, apathetic, diverted to
