Both are good ways to go...place a splash page or notice that the domain is for sale. Doing letters of invitation for offers to potentially interested parties is a good (if not direct) way to get there too. I have a domain I want sell as well and will be doing these methods myself.<BR>

A better and less SPAM generating method would be
to simply point the domain at a "FOR SALE" page.
Anyone looking seriously into having the domain name
is bound to do a search on who already has it and how
they are using it.
