signatures completely.<br>

Run a honeypot of off the network and analyze each break in and break in<br>
attempt.<br>

Do the <a href="http://www.honeynet.org" target="_blank">http://www.honeynet.org</a> challenges and understand every step.<br>

Study the logs.<br>
