Hi Wolf,

OK. Public acknowledgment. Michael W. and Michael T. and others
participating in this discussion are experts in their fields. I have
not intentionally personally attacked anyone here in any way.

I appreciate the discussion, even if it's been somewhat difficult. One
problem with posting "interesting" topics is that I get 5 replies and
reply to them and they get 5 replies and it grows exponentially and
becomes overwhelming. I'm enjoying learning things though.

Don't know if I'll make it to the Linux Fest. It's a pretty long drive
for me from Cumming. There's also the ALE general meeting on the 17th
and the Atlanta Hobby Robot club is meeting this Saturday for the Robot
Builders Morning Out, which is like an informal jam session.

Sincerely,

Michael W is a real expert on these things, isn't he. Probably a good
percentage of the list was saying to themselves, "Wow, that Gibson site
is helpful. " Michael took it in a whole new direction. Than
interchange is why I like the Ale list so much. Makes me want to get a
cisco pix and really dig into the options. Here I am using a d-link
wireless and it gives you very few options easily - no console port and
no command line. This is another case where it turns out my
clue elevator wasn't arriving on all floors.
PS Are you coming out to the ITT Linux fest on 2/19?
(PS - If you email me and don't get a quick response, you might want to
call on the phone. I get about 300 emails per day from alternate energy
mailing lists and such. I don't always see new messages very quickly.)
