Our Motorola is surface mounted in the network closet and has no issues (no warmer than I'd expect.) The previous one was running hot that I remember and I used to run that upside-down.<BR>

yeah, I just stuck a large ink pen under one side to raise it up for
more ventilation... I usually keep my laptop raised on 2 soapstone
coasters :)
