Any press release from RedHat or IBM on this will be very interesting. I concur with your paranoia. The devil is in the details. Attachmate gets and will run "Novell and<br>

Take the current Novell and subtract off Novell the brand (presuming<br>
Netware included) and SUSE and what's left (worth a cool $450 million in<br>
cash)? The only things I can think of would be the Old UNIX licenses<br>
and properties, which were at the heart of the SCO litigation until<br>
Novell blew the wheels off from under SCO. Where fore goes UnixWare.<br>

I've got a bad feeling this is not going to end well. I may be wrong<br>
and I really REALLY hope I'm wrong, but I just gotta a baaad feeling<br>
Abbot (cue walking dead mummy).<br>
