Rich, <br><div>Actually, I have been to a couple of the meetings and the public lot is less than a block from the meeting building. There are always plenty of empty spaces that time of evening. The only suckey thing is that you have to pay in advance and some of the meetings have been rather short (I once got there a bit late, paid for 2 hrs. of parking and the meeting was over w/in 30 min of my arrival). Getting to the parking is easy too, take the 17th St. exit and keep left to West bound 10th st., turn R, go down ~ 4 blocks, hang a L, go ~ 2 blocks and turn L into the parking lot. Pay yo money and/or take ur chances ;-), go up and over the hill to the Klaus bldg. Admittedly not as convenient as turning into the 'do not enter' entrance to Emory Law lot, but not really a show stopper if you are really interested in the topic.</div>

I for one have to say, "thank you" for this thread. I was considering attending these <br>
meetings which look to be very interesting. But, considering that there is no parking<br>
and getting around sounds like a nightmare -- I don't think I want to take the time to<br>
come in from Gwinnett and struggle to find parking let alone have to trek great distance<br>

You know - if a campus is a "couple miles" across, and the
powers that be want people to access it, the powers that be
really need to consider a jitney/shuttle bus/automated bumper car
service for those with largish loads etc. I really am all for
people walking to and from, but after 20 minutes mechanical
assistance is appreciated when in a hurry!
