I not really a big.... fan of uhhhh leo and uhhhhh and his errrrr podcast. <br>If you know nothing about computers or security, it's a decent podcast. His how to build a computer and really his guide to ASM are probably his best segments<br>

podcasts and transcripts. The latter has higher bandwidth podcasts and<br>
