If you did not vote at all in the July 20th primary, you can vote a<br>
ballot for either (duopoly) party in today's runoff. If you did vote<br>
in the primary, your runoff ballot must be for the same (duopoly)<br>
party you chose at that time.<br>

Note that you can still vote a paper ballot today by not taking<br>
your photo ID to your precinct poling place and demanding a<br>
provisional ballot. You then simply present or fax a copy of your<br>
