Ok I have found an answer maybe.<br>

apparently it stems from the use of the Noveau Drivers and their not

working properly.<br>

Not sure if computer will run properly though with the fix of no ACPI

to off as that controls multi processor support <br>

In /etc/rsyslog.d/50-default.conf you'll find the line

kern.*                          -/var/log/kern.log
