The old tin contacts had lead in them. lead to gold contact was not good. The new tin contacts don't have lead. tin to gold contact is OK. <br><br>The tin has other problems (whiskering - <a href="http://nepp.nasa.gov/WHISKER/">http://nepp.nasa.gov/WHISKER/</a> )<br>
