not the case, and the court claim of &quot;no standing&quot; borders on criminal<br>
dereliction of duty.<br></blockquote><div><br> </div></div>The only real option is a 14th amendment civil rights suit against the state in the Federal courts.  <br>

And hey, at least that&#39;s a Federal power that they actually bothered to enact constitutionally in the first place...<br><br><br><br>
