Despite being ILLEGAL active jammers can be bought (and have been tested by independent reviewers) on ebay as well as several other places. Keep in mind this tech is NOT illegal in many European and Asian countries so the technology is more than prevalent. <br>
As for Passive jamming, a Japanese company came out with drapes and a wall coating that would absorb the broadcast frequencies of GSM and CDMA devices no idea though if they ever brought it to market.<br><br><br>Ned<br><br>
