Okay, I think I&#39;ve figured out a rather hideous way to add a new application link to the desktop:<br><br>*&nbsp; Off-click on the &quot;application launcher&quot; (big blue arrow typically at the end of the panel)<br>*&nbsp; Edit application menu to add your new app there<br>
*&nbsp; On-click application launcher<br>*&nbsp; Drag new icon to desktop<br><br>Wow, that&#39;s pretty hideous. But it appears to be the only way.&nbsp; Worked fine for Adobe Acrobat 8. <br><br>-- CHS<br><br>
