I nearly spewed coffee out my nose!!<br><br>Many years ago I had to develop a mantra at work (to retain a modicum of sanity)<br>"It's OK. I've lowered my standards." My co-workers found it amusing as they knew it was in reference to the 3 most incapable, incompetent dullards of our group being promoted to "management" and suddenly trying to tell everyone how to do everything and they had _NO_ idea how to do anything.<br>
