<div dir="ltr">Disable for data retention and delete for security reasons.<br><br>Best of both: archive the user data onto a backup media AND delete the user account and existing storage locations other than the archive.<br>
<br>Sysadmins get their account(s) wiped along with other programing types. Management types get disabled and archived.<br><br>Best practice is really what method makes the most sense for the situation. I use the archive and delete for everything. With *nix systems, it's easy to deal with the old user data. With windbloze it's a royal PITA.<br>
