<br>Ditto on the "they have a license so they can use the clip art that comes with". If the application licenses the clipart for use ONLY with their software, they need better lawyers to review licenses before they purchase software because they use the clipart to be viewable under anything but their software.<br>

If they already have a license for this software, perhaps the artwork<br>
itself could simply be transferred over to linux. If that won't work,<br>
instead of buying the next version of this software the school district<br>
could buy some clipart. There might be enough good free art out there to<br>
make even that unnecessary. My dad is a public school teacher; one of<br>
his favorite parts of preparing his lessons is finding graphics online<br>
to catch his students' attention. (My mom is also a teacher;<br>
unfortunately she probably couldn't even figure out how to insert the<br>
clipart that comes with Microsoft Word).<br>
