As the others have mentioned, there are a TON of web apps for creating webpages. If you're interested in managing pictures, I strongly recommend Gallery <a href="http://gallery.menalto.com/">http://gallery.menalto.com/</a> . Gallery 2 requires mysql, but Gallery 1 runs with pretty minimal requirements.<br>
