why do you feel guilty?<br><br>my understanding is that people chose them because they actually had competent tech support.<br><br>their handling of this has been worse than comcast and I wouldn't have thought that was possible. now granted, SF doesn't have the long and proud tradition of this sort of thing like them but IMHO they've just completely torched their credibility.<br>

Yea, They're back up. I feel a bit guilty for jumping ship. I guess<br>
that is just part of being human.<br>

The reality is that they started changing two years ago and that change<br>
was not for the good.<br>
