Hello all,
I hopefully have a quick question, and only expect a quick answer i.e.
'no, it can't be done' or 'yes, it can, go look at blah'.
Setup:
Main box: Linux Redhat 6.1 using ipmasq / forwarding, and Samba.
Wife's box (cat5 to the Linux box): Winbloz95 :-(
Question: Is there a way I can set up where she can fax someone through
my Linux from her Winbloz box fairly seemlessly from her perspective ??
She needs to fax. I just installed QuickLink III on her pc, and got
disgusted at the banner ads, it trying to connect to things
automatically...well you get the picture. It's doing things without
telling me what's it doing and I don't like it.
I looked at the LDP and only saw efax. Didn't there used to be a mgetty /
sendfax (or something like that) out there on the LDP ?? At least at a
glance, efax won't do what I'm asking.
All I'm asking for is ...is this possible?? if it is, can someone poin me
in the right direction ??
Thanks in advance,
Steve
