I just got a 10/100 Switch.  I dont get any link or anything when I

plug my box with a 10/100 Netgear into the 100Mb switch.  My laptop and

Desktop both work fine on it, on different ports.  I've check the cable

and it tests fine.  The netgear works fine in my 10mb Hub though.

Thoughts?
